What we make

Aluminium Wall Panel Trim
Finishing profiles for the edges and internal corners of wall panels and cladding. Inner height 3–18 mm.
Aluminium LED Profile
Extruded channels that house an LED strip, spread the light and carry heat away from the diodes. Internal width 10–50 mm.
Aluminium Tile Trim
Edge profiles that finish and protect a tiled edge so the cut is never visible. Inner height 8, 10 and 12 mm typical.
Aluminium T, U and L Profiles
Plain sections that close gaps, edge boards and finish internal and external corners. Internal width 5–50 mm.
Aluminium Skirting Board
Floor-to-wall profiles with matching connectors and corners. Heights 26–80 mm.
Aluminium Stair Nosing
Profiles that cover the front edge of a step and protect the tread edge. Internal throat 10–20 mm.
Aluminium Flooring Trims
Flooring and carpet edging and transitions, from doorway bars to carpet bars. Covering thickness 3–12 mm.

From drawing to delivered profile

1. Send your drawing	Share a section drawing, a photograph of a sample, or dimensions. Tell us the finish and the quantity you need.
2. We confirm the section	We come back on profile geometry, wall thickness, length, finish and tooling cost, with the MOQ for that specific profile.
3. Sample for approval	You receive a paid sample in 10–15 days. The sample fee is credited back against your first production order.
4. Production and shipping	Production runs 20–30 days after sample approval, on EXW or FOB terms with T/T payment.

We work with long-standing extrusion and surface-treatment plants in Guangdong, and we have supplied profiles into more than 50 export markets. Because new-profile tooling is inexpensive, a bespoke section is a realistic option rather than a premium one.

Common questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ starts from 300 m per profile, and varies by design. Small-batch trial orders are welcome — this is the volume band we are set up for, so you can place a commercial test order without committing to container-scale quantities.

How long do sampling and production take?

Sampling takes 10–15 days and production takes 20–30 days from approved sample. All profiles are made to order, so we schedule your run after you approve the sample rather than shipping from stock.

Can you make a profile to my drawing?

Yes. Send a drawing, a sample, or a sketch with dimensions. We confirm the section, wall thickness, finish and length, then quote the tooling. New-profile tooling is inexpensive, which is what makes small custom runs viable.

Which finishes and colours are available?

Ten colours are held as standard, from Silver and Gold through Bronze and Champagne to Black and White, and every one can be produced glossy or matt. Custom colours are quoted on request, and we produce a physical sample so you sign off the real surface rather than a screen colour.
